- What software will I need?
The CUSTOS system is entirely web based, so all you need is a PC with an internet connection.
- Where in the vehicle is the unit fitted?
As the unit is also used for theft tracking, we don’t advertise where they are hidden. However the installation takes less than an hour and there are several locations where the unit can be concealed.
- Can I view my fleet from any location?
Absolutely, you will be given you unique secure log in, which will allow you to check your fleet from anywhere with an internet connection.
- Can the system be set up to alert me if any of my vehicles goes in or out of a certain area?
Yes, by using geo-fencing you can easily set parameters for the system to warn you if a vehicle enters a set location. A number of our existing clients have UK sea ports currently geo-fenced to prevent vehicles being taken abroad.
- What reports can I get?

Our system is available 24/7 and updates every five minutes and you can generate reports as often as you need.
